Consultation

This phase is essential because, during this phase, we lay down the necessary groundwork for what is to follow next. We do a lot of substantial research and brainstorming before moving on to the next phase. And another important part of this phase is analyzing the competition. A detailed study of your competitor’s app will help us figure out what features to include it in your app to make it stand out.

Wire-frame

Primarily, we have to determine the functionality of an app. It means writing down the list of features, including the navigational flow throughout an app. This is called an information architecture – a scheme reflecting all possible user actions. At this stage, our goal is to develop a clear picture of how our ideas and proposed features will fuse into a functional app. We create a storyboard, or roadmap, to demonstrate the connections between each screen and how users will navigate through the app.

Final App

After the app has gone through stages of Technical Feasibility Assessment, we build a rapid prototype, and also build the look and feel of the app, after which we develop and test the app. The app is ready to submit. We choose a day and key up a formal launch. For different application stores, the policies of launching an application are different. And keep in mind, this is not the end. App development doesn’t end at launch. As the application gets in the hands of users, feedback will pour in, this is when we incorporate that feedback into future versions of the app. Every app will need updates and new features. Typically, as soon as the first version of the app is released, the development cycle begins anew and be rest assured that we have the resources to maintain our product.
